Last Wednesday when Rosa Anna drove me over to the Tres Americas Spanish Language Bookstore on North Pulaski, we were walking from our meter free parking on a side street towards the bookstore. We passed a storefront where there was a good old fashioned barber there. Not a salon, not a day spa, but a barber.
I loved the old fashioned looking lights. The shop was very neat, light and airy, and everything was in good order — and very well kept. Rosario seemed to enjoy the company and he was very accomodating to my request to share photos of his quaint and lovely barber shop.
These light fixtures are great and very well maintained.
You have to love a place that posts their prices prominently so there are no surprises, and even better, to see that our man, Barney Fife, is on the job.
And to say goodbye, we have Floyd the Barber!
If I was a guy, I would so want to get my hair cut here in this Irving Park neighborhood.
